HOW IT WORKS

The outgoing waste water is run against a copper coil filled with incoming cold water.

The hot waste water and cold incoming streams are kept physically separate, whilst allowing for heat transfer between the streams.

This allows for water to be heated without the use of power, wires or moving parts.

Zypho

The Zypho is a shower waste water heat recovery system.

Zypho transfers heat from the shower’s wastewater to the incoming cold mains supply. This preheated water is then directed to either the shower mixer, the water heater or preferably both - reducing energy consumption up to 40% - improving Energy Efficiency.

Every three showers, two are free.
